Faculty Staff Mobility
Faculty Staff Mobility has experienced substantial growth in recent years. Faculty members have actively participated in international workshops, conferences, visiting professorships, and seminars. The number of faculty members engaged in international mobility has increased significantly, with a percentage increase of approximately 200% between 2021 and 2023. This growth reflects the faculty’s strong commitment to expanding global academic networks and enhancing the professional development of its staff.
Student Mobility
Student Mobility has been remarkable, offering students opportunities to participate in international workshops, training programs, competitions, and to study abroad. The significant percentage increase in student mobility approximately 450% between 2021 and 2023 highlights the success in providing global experiences. This expansion underscores the faculty’s dedication to enriching students' educational journeys and preparing them for a globalized workforce.
Our students at the Faculty of Fine Arts and Architecture, Lebanese University in Lebanon, participating in a workshop titled "Branding Saida: An Open Canvas for Urban Regeneration Solutions" in July 2023.

Visitor Mobility
Visitor Mobility has seen significant growth, with a rising number of visiting professors and students engaging in academic and cultural exchanges. The approximately 625% increase in visitor mobility between 2021 and 2023 reflects the faculty’s dedication to enhancing international collaborations and cultural exchange opportunities. This remarkable growth underscores the faculty’s commitment to building strong global partnerships and fostering a vibrant academic community through diverse interactions.
Visiting Professors
Our faculty has seen a notable increase in the number of visiting professors, with a steady rise from 2021 through 2023, amounting to a percentage increase of nearly 485%. This growth has allowed us to host numerous workshops and academic exchanges, reflecting our commitment to enhancing international collaboration. As a result, we have been able to engage more deeply with universities and institutions seeking meaningful partnerships, contributing to the professional development of our faculty and enriching our academic environment.
The faculty organized one-week international workshop for a visiting delegation of architects and urban planners from Stuttgart, Germany. The program included different lectures among them a lecture titled “Think BIM/CIM: A Way to City Information Modeling” in March 2023.
Mrs. Stavroula Spanoudi, MSc, Director of the Hellenic Foundation for Culture – Annex of Alexandria, delivering a seminar entitled "Water and Wastewater Management in Ancient Alexandria" in February 2024.
Visiting Students
Our faculty has seen a remarkable increase in the number of visiting students between 2021 and 2023, with participation growing by over 600% during this period. This significant rise is closely linked to the diverse range of workshops that the faculty has hosted, attracting students from around the world. The increase in visiting students underscores our commitment to providing valuable academic and cultural experiences.
