First: 2023 Regulations – Level One Students (Freshmen)
Students wishing to participate in the Fall 2026 track allocation are requested to promptly submit their preferences on the website from Friday, September 11 through the end of Sunday, September 13, 2026.

Students should rearrange the preferences displayed on the page and then click Submit.
Important Notes:
- Students may modify the order of their preferences before the end of September 13, 2026.
- A track will not appear among the student's preferences if the student does not meet the requirements for admission to that track.
- A Level One student who has completed 36 credit hours but has not participated in the track allocation and has not selected a track will be directly assigned to the lowest-ranked track in the allocation.
Second: 2023 Regulations – Level Two Students (General Electrical Engineering ELCE and CSYE)
Students wishing to choose either the Electronics and Communications Engineering or Computer and Systems Engineering track are requested to promptly submit their preferences through the following link from Friday, September 11 through the end of Sunday, September 13, 2026:
Important Note: Please choose carefully, as changes to the submitted preferences are not permitted.
Third: Transfers
Students under the 2023 Regulations who wish to change their track are requested to promptly submit their applications on the website from Friday, September 11 through the end of Sunday, September 13, 2026.

Transfer applications that meet the transfer requirements announced in the 2023 Regulations track allocation mechanism will be accepted.
Students under the 2018 Regulations who wish to change their track are requested to promptly submit their applications on the website from Friday, September 11 through the end of Sunday, September 13, 2026.

Students are required to take into consideration the obligations and responsibilities that may result from changing their track.
The student's request will be accepted or rejected based on the result of the latest track allocation for students under the 2018 Regulations.
